I have travelled all over the globe for work but it was still a bit odd with regard to what to expect. We were traveling from NY and opted to stay here overnight to break up the driving until our ultimate destination in Maine. This was our first stay in a hotel as a family of five since the onset of Covid in March. The Hotel is excellent supported by an exceptional staff … We are planning on this hotel to be our weekend home, during this years ski season. Our 9yr old granddaughter spent a lot time in the pool.said it was nice and warm.
In the morning the hot breakfast was more than adequate and the "food Lady" was delightful and provided a welcoming family friendly environment. The cleaning and maintenance staff do a great job. This is not a new hotel, it went though renovations several years ago but looks absolutely brand new.our room was spotless! The entire hotel didn't seem to have a scuff mark on the floors, walls, carpets, anywhere. We, my wife, granddaughter, and myself are very familiar with the Marriott hotel chain, as we have been Gold and Platinum members for many years. Greeted by a smiling staff, was exactly what was needed after a white knuckle icy drive up 95 from MA headed for a weekend of skiing in NH. Hotels near University of New Hampshire.
